Serenitatis Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut 2024

This dry Italian sparkling wine from Veneto is characterised by its mineral-driven, crisp, and energetic profile. It features vibrant aromas of lime, green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with a persistent mousse and a sharp, refreshing finish.

It pairs well with fresh, savoury, and delicate foods, like shellfish, sushi, and light starters.

Tasting notes: Delicate apple fruit with pineapple on the nose. Buttered toast with lemon curd on the palate. Rich and opulent with a touch of cream, long finish showing hazelnuts and almonds.

Serenitatis Asolo Il Brutto Prosecco Superiore DOCG Sui Lieviti

A dry, unfiltered, bottle-fermented sparkling wine. It offers a cloudy appearance with a fine, persistent perlage. Expect an aromatic, complex profile of fresh citrus, bread crust, alpine herbs, and a compelling, savoury umami finish.

It pairs well with delicate raw seafood, fried dishes, cured meats, and fresh cheeses.

Serenitatis FM333 Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut 2024

Montelvini’s flagship sparkling wine. The ‘FM’ stands for the Fontana Masorin vineyard, and ‘333’ represents its elevation in meters. Asolo is one of only two places in the world that can label its wines as Prosecco Superiore DOCG (the other being Valdobbiadene).

It pairs well with raw fish, sushi, steamed seafood, and light Mediterranean dishes.

Tasting notes: Lemon-lime, apple and peach in aroma with floral and elderflower notes. Delicate yeast, pineapple, crisp apple and lemon zest with a touch of banana.
