Oddbird
12th August 2026
Oddbird is one of Europe’s largest producers of premium alcohol-free wines. It was founded in Sweden in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer, a social worker, family therapist, and Master of Social Science. Her vision was simple yet powerful: choosing a wine with or without alcohol should be as natural as choosing coffee with or without milk.
Their alcohol-free wine is made by going through the exact same traditional winemaking process as standard wine, but with the alcohol removed at the very end. The grapes are fermented and aged for up to 12 months, followed by a gentle, patented vacuum-distillation process carried out at low temperatures.
Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Nº1
A sparkling orange wine from Alsace, France. Made from hand-picked organic grapes, it opens with ripe peach and orange peel, followed by floral jasmine, soft herbs, and spices. The wine finishes with a round, gently structured mouthfeel, and its golden hue, a result of extended skin contact, enhances its unique character.
It pairs well with hard cheeses, spicy dishes (like couscous or tagine), roasted vegetables, and citrus-marinated poultry.
Tasting notes: Vibrant orange colour. Almond and orange rind with dark berry, cherry and apple skins.
Gold Medal Winner in the Light & Fruity Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
Sparkling Rosé
A fruity and smooth sparkling rosé from Treviso in the Veneto region of Italy. Made from Glera and Pinot Noir, it reveals fresh aromas of white pear, strawberry, grapefruit, and raspberry, creating a harmonious blend of fruit-forward flavours. The wine finishes with a soft, playful touch that’s as delightful as it is refreshing.
The crisp acidity and bright fruit notes make it an excellent match for light dishes, such as smoked salmon blinis, goat’s cheese tartlets, or a fresh strawberry and balsamic salad.
This wine also pairs well with desserts, such as fresh strawberry shortcake, peach tart and chocolate-covered strawberries.
Tasting notes: A sweeter wine with a lovely mixture of watermelon, blueberries, meringue and Victoria sponge cake.
Silver Medal Winner in the Dessert Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
Blanc de Blancs
A modern and dry sparkling white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. Made from Chardonnay and Colombard, it is fresh and refined, with notes of crisp Granny Smith apples, honey, and lime, underpinned by delicate bubbles. The wine finishes with an elegant, clean finish, showcasing the perfect balance of complexity and freshness.
It pairs well with seafood, crab cakes, salads, sushi, and soft cheeses.
Tasting notes: Dried and green herbs with citrus and lemon notes.
Bronze Medal Winner in the Herbal Gardens Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
